A Mentor for Your Nonprofit Organization
One of the biggest thrills any entrepreneur who is addressing a social need can have is to start a new nonprofit from near nothingness. Just an idea can be the spark to get this process started. It is important to start with a disciplined process to help you take the right planning steps and be guided by an experienced mentor throughout the process.
For a nonprofit that is already in operation, you will face hundreds of challenges that will make you wonder if you have done the right things to be prepared for nonprofit operations. When things are not going well, it might be the right time to get help from a mentor who can help you diagnose what the fundamental issues are and help you get on the right track.
We offer three programs for new and existing nonprofits:
- A 10-Week Mentoring Program is for new nonprofits and starts the entrepreneurs through the process steps to launching and operating a nonprofit organization. This is an intensive and rapid paced program that will require two hours a week of mentoring time and another six to eight of preparation, research and documentation time.
- For a new nonprofit, the One-on-One Mentoring Program addresses the same topics as the 10-Week Mentoring Program but provides individual mentoring. This too is very intensive, but can be done at your own pace, taking far more than 10 weeks if necessary. For an existing nonprofit, the program will start with helping you assess where you are in meeting your nonprofit objectives, identify the shortcomings in your nonprofit operations and develop a plan of action that will be based on our mentoring process.
- Conquering Financing is for entrepreneurs who need ongoing guidance on how to raise money in any form for their nonprofit. This program helps an entrepreneur create a detailed financing plan, prepare the materials needed to portray the social cause, and ongoing mentoring to execute the plan.

“My experience with Entredot was incredibly helpful. I came in with ideas and passions but really needed clarity if I was going to be able to launch anything that could help others in the community. The EntreDot team mentored me through the process to be able to confidently launch my non-profit with confidence in a format that was significantly improved from when I began. I am very grateful for their patience, wisdom and insight.”
