A Mentor for Your New Business

One of the biggest thrills any entrepreneur can have is to start a new business from near nothingness. Just an idea can be the spark to get this process started. It is important to start with a disciplined process to help you take the right planning steps and be guided by an experienced mentor throughout the process.

We offer three programs for new businesses:

• A 10-Week Mentoring Program that starts the entrepreneurs through the process steps to launching and operating a business. This is an intensive and rapid paced program that will require two hours a week of mentoring time and another six to eight of preparation, research and documentation time.
• The One-on-One Mentoring Program addresses the same topics as the 10-Week Mentoring Program but provides individual mentoring. This too is very intensive, but can be done at your own pace, taking far more than 10 weeks if necessary.
• Conquering Financing is for entrepreneurs who need ongoing guidance on how to raise money in any form. This program helps an entrepreneur create a detailed financing plan, prepare the materials needed to portray the business opportunity, and ongoing mentoring to execute the plan.
