Step 3 – Research Your Franchise

This is the final step, and you should only take it if you’re truly committed to the franchise and the responsibility of running it correctly. After you’ve signed the franchise agreement you’ll need to make your investment. This will be the agreed upon amount that you’re going to pay the franchise, pay for the building, and so forth.

In some cases you may be able to convert an existing structure and use it for your new franchise. In other cases you may need to build a brand new structure building from the ground up.
