We will cover credit lines, use of debt financing, buy vs. borrow decisions, managing receivables and payables, negotiating payment terms, and many others.

Getting your business ready to sell and then finding the right buyer is the culmination of all the work you have done to grow your business to where it is today. We cover what it means to value your business and be ready to sell and what you need to do to effectively get your business to the right buyer.
Set in the context of the full spectrum of financing and cash management subjects, these workshops provide an opportunity to get a simple explanation of how to fund a business and manage its finances, along with the opportunity to ask the questions you have always had about the subject.
Once per quarter, we will have 3-5 pitches from aspiring entrepreneurs who are looking to start or grow their businesses. A panel of experienced investors and advisors will provide real time feedback.
